Refund/Exchange is valid under Certain Conditions

a) Delivery of an incorrect item.
b) The bought item is broken, or otherwise not working.
c) The purchased item needs to be replaced with a different brand.
d) The product is not delivered properly or some parts are missing.

We may suggest you claim for brand warranty directly to the original brand depending on the nature of the fault and the status of the applied warranty.

Pack the product properly

Proper return of product is very important. Pack your product properly in the original packaging you received. All parts of the product should be packed and should not be used or damaged. The original sticker should be on the product and return your product with the original box.

Send to Us

Send your product back to Gulf Electronics at the given address through TCS and stay in touch with our team. Soon after this, you will receive your actual product or your money back.

Note: Any item you purchase from Gulf Electronics is exchangeable if it is still in its original packing, condition, and with all of its attachments.
